Our Patients are offered extensive psychiatric treatment options, which may include the opportunity to participate in trials of ground-breaking new treatments available through our practice, however at this time we are not directly accepting any research patients.

Psychotherapy/Counseling Services

Individual Therapy - The individual will meet with the therapist one on one to

resolve problems they are facing.  Sessions are usually 50 minutes and

individualized according to individual needs.

Substance Abuse/Addiction Treatment- Addiction to alcohol, drugs and other substances is a long-term chronic disease, not a result of weakness or a lack of willpower.  Addiction has a course that can be predicted, has known symptoms, and is influenced by genetic make-up, family history and brain activity.  Treatment will be specific to individual needs.

Group Psychotherapy - Groups will be 1.5-2 hours long for a series 

of 8-12 weeks depending on the needs of the individuals.

Couples/Marriage Counseling - Couples will be provided invaluable

skills and tools to enhance and improve their relationships. 

Sessions will be 90 minutes for 10-12 weeks.

Family Therapy- Family sessions will be 50 minutes.  Family systems will be addressed focusing on the dynamics in the family, issues affecting the family including addiction, trauma and a better understanding of the multigenerational family patterns.  Addressing these issues will lead to more effective family communication and a healthier family system.
