Mr. Anwar Chowdhury, is a physician assistant with more than 20years of work experience in diverse fields of medicine ranging from Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Nephrology, and Pediatrics. During his years of practice he has had experince in treating many patient with complex medical as well as psychiatric conditions. 

He has earned a M.D. Degree (Doctor of Medicine) form Lvov, Former USSR (Ukraine) in 1989 and after moving to the United States he obtained a Physician Assistant License and has been working as a Physician Assistant since 1995 in diverse clinical specialties of medicine. 

Mr. Anwar is compassionate, empathic and has a great bedside manner.

Tammy Grayson

LCSW (Gainesville)

Tammy Grayson’s passion to aid those in need led her to study Social Work at the University of Central Florida where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in 1998 and continued on to complete her Master’s Degree in 2000. Tammy then became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Florida in 2003 and has over 16 years experience helping people in her career providing counseling services.

​As a LCSW, Tammy councils with warmth, empathy and unconditional acceptance. She provides an environment where clients feel safe and comfortable, making it easier for them to share their struggles and long-standing issues. Tammy’s goal is to help clients find resolution to personal concerns and mental health issues by empowering clients through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and other proven methods based on the client’s needs. Tammy’s has served many areas in the field, working in Grief and Loss, Anxiety, Depression, Relationships, Self-Esteem, Communication Skills, Addiction and Recovery, Geriatric Issues, and Coping with Medical Concerns.

Wendy Winkleman, Ph.D.

Clinical Psychologist (Leesburg/Lady Lake)

Wendy Winkleman, a Ph.D. in Bio-Clinical Psychology at Southern Illinois University, has a history of successful clinical management to continually improve services for clients, build strong teams and smoothly interface client-service problems. Dr. Winkleman is skilled in motivational enhancement, clinical assessment and evidence-based treatments for mental health and substance abuse. Dr. Winkleman is dedicated to modeling and promoting strengths-based and person-centered values in clinical services.

Dr. Winkleman provides individual therapy for residents in nursing homes and assisted-living facilities. She also provides consultative services to facility staff and families of residents and conducts individual therapy with chemically dependents in an out-patient  setting. Dr. Winkleman earned her Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Cathy Lambert

Cathy Lambert is a LCSW who graduated from Western Michigan University in 1990 with honors with a Masters in Social Work. She also holds two bachelor's degrees; one in Psychology and one in Holistic Nutrition.

She also has an Associate degree in Holistic Health and Stress Management. Cathy also specialties in chronic pain management, depressive and anxiety disorders. She has completed additional training in Family and Marital Training and NLP. She uses a holistic approach in therapy.

Her background includes having been a director of three mental health and substance abuse agencies over the course of her career, as well as managing a private practice.

Adil A. Mohammed, M.D., a Board Certified Psychiatrist committed to providing the highest standards of care for a wide variety of clients with diverse needs.  Dr. Mohammed received his medical degree from Saint Petersburg State Medical Academy. In 2010, Dr. Mohammed completed his Internship in Internal Medicine at Mount Sinai School of Medicine Program, Bronx, New York.  In August 2013, he completed Psychiatry Residency training at Temple University Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Mohammed has been involved in the teaching of medical students.  He has received an award for his scholarly achievement during his residency training.  He is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and American Association of Psychiatric Administrators.

Dr. Mohammed credits his strong clinical judgment to his diverse clinical experience and his excellent clinical training.  He strives to balance professional bedside manner with a compassionate, empathetic approach in a client/family focused environment.

Deborah Hewitt

Deborah L. Hewitt is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor whose career covers over 20 years of experience. Ms. Hewitt has worked in a multitude of settings including residential treatment centers, hospitals and outpatient programs. She has worked with children and adolescents, families and individuals.

Ms. Hewitt offers therapy in a safe and confidential manner. She applies Cognitive Behavior Therapy, as well as Solution Based Therapy. Her experience includes working with those that have mental health disorders and/or substance abuse disorders. Ms. Hewitt developed and implemented an Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Program for at-risk youth, as well as developing and managing an Intensive Outpatient Program for those struggling with addictions. Ms. Hewitt has a genuine regard and concern for the well being of her clients.

Ms. Hewitt has a Masters in Counseling from John Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland. Ms. Hewitt also has her Clinical Supervision Certificate in the state of Florida.

Ms. Hewitt has resided in Florida for the past 13 years. Prior to Florida, she practiced in Maryland and the Washington, D.C. area.

Mandip Kaur 
APRN (Leesburg/ Lady Lake)

Mandip Kaur is a certified Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. She graduated with both her Bachelor's and Master's in Nursing from Western Connecticut State University located in Danbury, CT. 

 Prior to obtaining her ARNP degree, she worked for six years as a bedside Registered Nurse in both medical units and step-down units, taking care of critically ill patients. 

 She did her clinical rotations in both outpatient and inpatient cardiology, long term care, and urgent care clinics.

 In her spare time, Mandip enjoys going to the gym and weightlifting. Mandip is dedicated to mental health by providing compassionate care and caring for the under-served population.

Debbe Noonan

Debbe Noonan’s volunteerism started over 20 years ago and it led her to study Social Work. She studied at Florida State University where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree. She then continued to complete her  Master’s Degree at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. She has worked as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Massachusetts and Florida. She has 17 years of experience helping people as a professional in many different programs.

As a LCSW, Debbe provides compassionate, person- centered confidential care, in a non-judgmental and safe environment that encourages healing. Debbe’s goal is to help empower clients through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and other proven methods based on the client’s needs. Debbe has worked with Children, Couples, Families and Seniors in a multitude of settings including residential treatment centers, hospitals, nursing homes, Hospice, private residences and outpatient programs. Melissa Tamayo 
PA-C, MMS (Gainesville)

Melissa is a certified Physician Assistant, who graduated with Highest Honors from Nova Southeastern University with a Masters degree in Medical Science. Prior to attaining this degree, she worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant in Tampa, Florida while pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology at the University of South Florida. During her medical studies at Nova Southeastern University, she was trained in various disciplines of medicine including Internal Medicine, Family medicine, Pediatrics and Psychiatry to name a few. While training, she developed a passion for Psychiatry, realizing that this is an important yet often underserved field of medicine.

Melissa is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish and is a member of both the Florida Association of Physician Assistants and Alpha Eta Health Professions Honor Society. On her free time, she loves outdoor activities such as hiking and participating in half marathons. She enjoys helping others through volunteering as well as serving patients in the community.
